Delete your account

1. Open the “Hội nghị khoa học” app and sign in.
2. Open the Account tab and choose “Delete account”.
3. Enter your current password and confirm.

Sign in at thongnhathospital.com, open Account → Security, find “Delete account”, enter your password and confirm.

Email [email protected] from your registered address with the subject “Account deletion request”. We verify and delete it within 30 days.

• Your sign-in email and password; you can no longer sign in.
• Your profile: name, titles, institution, phone, date of birth, photo.
• Saved documents, notifications, favourite sessions and push devices.
• Organiser roles and sign-in sessions.

Registrations, payments, check-ins and submissions are conference records kept for the period accounting and continuing-medical-education rules require, no longer linked to your email or profile. An account without such records is deleted completely at once.
